This is not just a documentation issue. The misspelling also exists in
the following files:
scm/define-grob-properties.scm
lily/slur-configuration.cc
lily/slur.cc
Grep reveals other files as well, but I think they probably just involve
the misspelling in comments and internal variable names. A couple of
regression examples also use "excentricity".
If this fix is made in those places, we'll also have to update
convert-ly to take it into account.
