I have installed SuSE 9.3 on a computer, and then installed lilypond 2.7.10 from the autopackage. It installs without incident. The python21 rpm package present in earlier versions of SuSE 9 seems not to be present in SuSE 9.3, and is not needed for the install. I have not checked yet to see if lilypond is fully functional, but all the programs are present in /usr/bin.
