If I have a musical phrase that is slurred and add a
grace note, the grace note ends the slurring and
produces a warning. I saw a discussion on the
lilypond-user list from 2002 about nested slurs, and
the conclusion seemed to be that there was no reason
to ever need them. This looks like a good case.
