Sorry for the delay, and thanks for reminding me. > http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-lilypond/2005-10/msg00169.html > http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-lilypond/2005-10/msg00168.html - Partial bars: You probably don't want to use \partial in the middle of a piece. In your example, it tends to destroy the bar numbering. I think it's a better idea to set Timing.measureLength directly. Also, autobeaming is only designed to work as long as nothing strange happens with time. IIRC, the beam isn't ended until the first note _after_ the last beamed note; and since this note happens after the \partial command, the engine gets confused and concludes that there can be no beam. In these situations, it's always possible to manually beam instead. - Barcheck warning: Again, \partial should usually not be done in the middle of a piece. The problem is that one of the \partials changes the time, and this confuses the barcheck preceding the other \partial happens. You can easily remove the warnings, by removing the barchecks. > Also, is there a web page reporting all the known bugs? Try http://lilypond.org/bugs/v2.7/ (it's not always up-to-date, but it's usually correct to >90%, so it's a good place to check) -- Erik _______________________________________________ bug-lilypond mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-lilypond
