Running lilypond-book I get the error: /home/invisible/share/lilypond/2.7.28/ly/paper-defaults.ly:16:71: Unbound variable: default-page-music-height
This appears to be caused by a change in scm/layout-page-layout.scm which used to contian a definition of this variable, but no longer does.
