This fix doesn't replicate the pre-2.7.something behavior. I can't post sample
images (through GMANE), but for instance mult-line instrument definitions (very
common: { "Clarinet" \line { "in B" \flat } }) are smashed into one line, and
the alignment still isn't quite correct down the entire score. For now, I've
had to revert to an earlier 2.7 build for orchestral work, which is rather a
shame. I understand that the earlier behavior was somehow "incorrect" but it
would be very nice to get aligned instrument names like the classic scores.
