Unfortunately this is a problem that only Adobe can fix.
Alternatively, you might try using gsview instead of Acrobat Reader:
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/gsview/
This sort of question is best answered on the lilypond-user list rather
than on bug-lilypond, though.
