Actually the grace note is not the problem, rather the lyrics are ignoring a
quarter note expressed as a complex expression.
Here is the quarter note being ignored by lyrics:
<< { \acciaccatura fs16 \stemUp g4 } \\ { \acciaccatura fs,16 \stemUp g4 }
>>
Also the following beat gets ignored, so the problem is not the grace note:
<< { \stemUp g4 } \\ { \stemUp g'4 } >>
