Sure! However, I would suggest that you send it to lilypond-user first
--- if it's a known issue there's no point sending it to
bug-lilypond. Tell us what you expect and what you condsider the
problem to be.
Also, if it's a big piece see if you can reduce it a bit
just to show us what the problem is.
Finally, check

to see if the issue is already known.
