1. The point is that lilypond does not break lines correctly. Spaces between
neumes (and words) is too wide. I have found that lilypond calculates line
breaks correctly.
(I have found it when I have changed some default settings of paper and
lilypond has written: 'warning: can't find line breaks that satisfies
constraints'; and then, with one line, non broken, spacing has been correct).
Secondly, neumes should be placed exactly over its lyric's vowel.

   2. Accordion piece should take automatic engraving of chords of left hand
(bass clef). So, when you write i.e. cM, lilypond engraves chord <e g c> (where
c is middle). There are 2 basis of accordions: E (deutsch) and G (italian).
That is why mantioned cM is <e g c> and not i.e. <c e g> (basis E). My ask is
You to automate this. If you want I can send You my definitions with
'transpose' command, but not every chords are transposed correctly - if You fix
this, the definitions are not many and acceptable.
Secondly, I suppose that engraving of registers (your 'accordion-acc...') is
correct.
