This is happening to me too, but when I take the offending measures into
their own separate ly file they work fine, but in the song they disappear.
So I have not been able to ascertain the cause. I only noticed it in one of
my songs so far, but I am going to be playing and proofing about 100 songs
over the next 3 weeks when I get some jobs back from the printer. So I will
notice if it happens again.
