I've just tried it in 2.11.23 and I see the same behavior as in 2.10.23 -
the tremolo bars look the same on both sets of notes.
After some more investigation, I see that you're right. In the initial
report, it seemed like they were smaller. This is why we prefer minimal
bug reports which clearly demonstrate the problem:
