There's no need for a smaller example, I have already fixed the problem in
the GIT repository.
In my opinion, the example from Laura was already very close to "minimal".

If there's a problem with \partial, then a ***minimal*** example would
have two notes -- four notes if you need two staffs to demonstrate the
