Hello everybody, hello Graham, this isn't a major bug but it is amazing; I didn't expect \compressMusic to compress tremolos that much!
{
\time 3/4
\repeat tremolo 12 {e'32 f'}
\set Staff.timeSignatureFraction = #'(4 . 4)
\compressMusic #'(3 . 4)
\repeat tremolo 12 {e'32 f'} r4
}
