I've played the MIDI file with Timidity++, so I conclude that the bug is
still present in 2.11.32.
Looking at the contents of the MIDI file, I noticed that in the MIDI
file included
with the bug report (i.e. generated by 2.11.14), the volume was set to 1
at the
second beat, whereas in the MIDI file from 2.10.29 and 2.11.32, it's set
to 12,
so at least something has changed. However, this is still very low,
compared to
the initial volume of 63. I would have expected the first <> to end that
the same
volume as it started and then we have another < before the second beat,
so the
volume there should clearly be louder than 63.
