Issue 483: staff-size should go in cut-&-paste section of lily-*.ly

New issue report by gpermus:
In the lily-*.ly snippets generated by the documentation, the
#(set-global-staff-size)
is printed in the "Generated by lilypond-book" top section. It should be
printed in the "Start cut-&-pastable-section" instead.
(minor issue, but it can confuse people -- especially new documentation
helpers)
