Issue 504: lilypond broken on osx 10.5

Comment #16 by gpermus:
Let me clarify Han-Wen's comment:
*NOBODY* on the development team has OSX 10.5. *NOBODY* on the
development team has
"the time and energy to compile it".
LilyPond is open-source software; that means that anybody is
welcome to contribute,
including porting it to XCode, packaging it via fink, or fixing
whatever Apple broke
in 10.5. The development team does not have the time/energy/
hardware/software to do
this ourselves, so if compiling with odcctools doesn't work, this
bug will remain
open until somebody else helps out.
Mac OS X 10.5 is on Intel in fact certified UNIX, so if you have the
intent to work on UNIX like platforms, a traditional UNIX package
ought to be fine.
