May I suggest that the download page (http://lilypond.org/web/install/)
mention that the OS X binaries are
known not to work on 10.5?
I know that the "version" field says 10.4 now, but OS X users generally
assume that software will probably work
on newer versions of OS X. The fact that Lilypond is known not to is
very useful information.
