Could someone please explain what is the 'right way',
to report a bug so it will get to the 'tracker' in

?
I successfully posted a bug report via
http://post.gmane.org/post.php?group=gmane.comp.gnu.lilypond.bugs
But what is the process that brings it to the 'tracker' ?
The page in http://lilypond.org/web/about/ says:
Bugs are reported on the mailing list [email protected]
Is posting there is another valid option?
Another related question, what is the 'right way' to attach example
files or images related to a bug-report?
