Since the snippets are generated from LSR, I think we _could_ add a reliable
"end-of-header" marker. Currently it looks like they all end with
" }\n
\n
The non-verbatim for PDFs is a serious problem. As Trevor pointed out earlier,
snippet PDFs are useless if they don't show the code. I guess we'd
better use
[verbatim] for the HTML, although then the pages will get harder to navigate.
