slur-script.ly - v2.11.37 handles slurs as described by
the text without needing the following overrides included in the test
snippet:
\override DynamicLineSpanner #'avoid-slur = #'outside
\override DynamicLineSpanner #'avoid-slur = #'around
\override DynamicLineSpanner #'avoid-slur = #'()
