When I tried to shorten the file for reporting the bug, I did not think
that the menronome mark could be the culprit, so all my attempts were made
without a \tempo...
:I have fixed the bug in the source code repository. Waiting for the next
:release, you can workaround the problem by adding
:\override Score.MetronomeMark #'extra-spacing-width = #'(+inf.0 . -inf.0)
