The attached patch adds an engraver_group Dynamics and makes PianoStaff
accept it.

Just a simple tangential question: do people usually combine centered
dynamics with per-staff / per-voice dynamics? If yes, it might make
more sense to create an engraver that does the centering on its own
and add that to the PianoStaff.
but I don't understand the question. I don't really understand how
engraver_groups / engravers / contexts / etc work either. I'm just adding
this here so that the patch doesn't get lost; hopefully somebody else can
continue this discussion.
