Issue 511: automatic beaming of 16ths in 12/16 time fails with
beamLength 2 or 3

Comment #2 by tdanielsmusic:
There are similar bugs for various values in all other time signatures
too. Here's
a matrix of what I found using quavers (eighth notes), where R means
the beaming is
Right, W Wrong:
Beats/bar 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
\time 3/4 R R W W
\time 4/4 R R R W
\time 5/4 R R R W R
\time 6/4 R W R W R R
\time 7/4 R R R W R R R
\time 8/4 R R R R R R R R
\time 9/4 R R W W R W R R R
Amazingly the tuplets are beamed correctly for all the strange
beamings, like a
beatLength giving 5 beats in a 7/4 bar, but wrong for some of the more
usual ones,
like 2 beats in a 6/4 bar!
