I've printed out all of the user manual for LilyPond version 2.10.33, except
that every attempt to print page 2 (which must be specified as page 11 on the
'Print' window) results only in the printing of the following (which I don't
understand):
ERROR NAME;
ioerror
COMMAND;
fill
OPERAND STACK;
Is there something wrong with the PDF file for the version 2.10.33 user manual?
While on the subject of the manual I have also noted the following (page numbers
as printed—add 9 when using the 'Print' window):
• There should be no page breaks after the **very** small amounts of text on
pages 131, 132, 134, 135 and 172, none of which ends a main section.
• The text on p.359, from the line beginning '!', to the end of p.361 (including
the misplaced W and the line following it) should be deleted as it is an
incomplete (presumably earlier) version of the text on pp.362—372. The heading
'Appendix G LilyPond command index' should head the entries '!' to '~ .........
86' and the heading 'Appendix H LilyPond index' should head the entries '1' to
'Writing music in parallel ......... 85'.
• On p.55 (middle), shouldn't 'squeeze the too much tie' be 'squeeze the tie too
much'?
• On p.368, should 'meter ......... 78' be 'metrum ......... 78' (the word
'meter' doesn't occur on p.78)?
