ok, done. 2.11.65. lilypond-book and lilypond-book --pdf work fine with the correct sequence of commands. ## note that if you run one sequence of commands, you must delete ## the intermediate files before trying the second sequence of ## commands -- lilypond-book doesn't recognize that you're ## switching from --pdf to non-pdf.
