New issue 722 by gpermus: newline inside @macro{} in texinfo screws up

Texinfo and/or texi2html screws up if a @macro{is spread
over two lines}. See for example @rlearning{}.
This is not a bug in lilypond itself, but I'm adding it here as a reminder
for somebody to investigate, file bugs with the relevant software we use,
and close this once they've fixed the problem(s).
