This behavior occurs because an "appoggiatura slur" is just a Slur grob,
and Slurs
cannot be nested.
Issue 353 is a duplicate of this one, since an "acciaccatura slur" is also
a Slur.
Perhaps we need an @knownissues entry in NR 1.2.6.1 to address these two
issues.
I imagine a new grob (GraceSlur) would need to be implemented in order to
handle this
situation properly.
