Hi all!
There is one comment that is erroneous as regard to the conventional
numbering of the lines in a staff: if we count from bottom to top, a
hole rest should be attached under the *fourth* line and not the second
(as stated). So
- % Multi-measure rests by default are set under the second line
+ % Multi-measure rests by default are set under the fourth line
