New issue 793 by v.villenave: lilypad editor no longer available in Windows GUB builds
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=793 Several users have reported the following bug, that is extremely annoying: since the 2.13 branch has been started, Win32 GUB builds are missing the "lilypad.exe" editor. See (among others, I have personally reproduced it with 2.13.2): http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-lilypond/2009-03/msg00151.html As a result, the "Welcome to LilyPond" example file is no longer displayed.
