New issue 873 by [email protected]: 2.13.6-1 fails to render chords +
lyrics at the same time

2.12 worked well, but I need to use 2.13 because of SVG.
Lilypond + PDF files attached.
If you check, the chords are rendered onto the staff:
- first line correct
- 2nd and 3rd lines are incorrects
If I remove lyrics, then the chords are rendered properly.
