Currently (as of \version 2.13.6), bowing indications have no special
script-priority. As a result, such things as
d''4-2\upbow
will print the fingering *outside* the bowing indication, which is wrong,
as Jan demonstrated with the two attached scans of Baerenreiter's solo
cello suite.
This is easily fixed by updating upbow and downbow definitions in
script.scm.
