Hi,
the following snippet causes a collision between accidental and tremolo
flags in 2.13.9:
{ <e'' a'!>4:32 }
Looks like it is related to (or even the same underlying problem as)
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=704
but it seems not to be stated in this form yet.
BTW, I just checked that this report is still valid for 2.13.9.
