New issue 1001 by pnorcks: LilyPad cannot open filenames with non-ASCII characters
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1001 When using point-and-click within a PDF reader, LilyPad (on Mac OS X) fails to open files containing non-ASCII (percent-escaped) characters in their filenames.
