This isn't a regression: the left-broken bracket briefly became visible
with 2.13.15
following the recent patch for tuplet-bracket visibility (which originally
rendered
all brackets visible if 'bracket-visibility was undefined).
Since we can force the visibility now, I'll tweak the regtest to ensure
both brackets
are visible.
