Neil:
This is a documentation issue, since minimum-Y-extent is no longer
used with VerticalAxisGroup grobs. There's a convert rule warning for
this.
Graham:
ok, so somebody needs to find where in the docs this example came from, and
explain
the fix to the doc editors so they can make a formal patch.
