Valentin's pointed out another example from input/regression on lilywiki:
fingering-cross-staff.ly
It seems to me there's a skylining problem here; though there's a comment in
axis-group-interface.cc which points out cross-staff grobs aren't included
in
skylines (hence why the first beam from the lower stave isn't taken into
account), it
doesn't really explain why the last two notes from the upper stave (which
have been
moved into the lower stave) pull the upper skyline down.
