Hmm... I've just noticed that gitweb has a search box. Go here:
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=lilypond.git;a=summary
and type in "require all glyphs" into the top-right box. Could we modify
your
guidelines to include searching on gitweb for a few key words in the
subject, to see
if anybody committed it without sending an email to -devel ?
