i have compiled with different numbers of measures and with \repeat unfold #n
here are the results:
- different numbers of measures
970 measures: ok
980 measures: crash, no message
100000 measures: crash, following message:
[99888][99896][99904][99912][99920][99928][99936][99944][99952][99960][99968][99976][99984][99992][100000]

- \repeat unfold n {a b c d} where n=
1000: ok
100000: crash, same message as above.
i was to lazy to check up to what number it works!
if somebody is interested, i can send the logs
this was on a windows vista 32-bit machine with 4GB RAM
