Two patches added.
First one is a tidy up of the .ly example prior to the addition of colors
(in case
adding color turns out to be inappropriate at least we have a tidied up .ly
file).
Second patch is the addition of the colours plus a comment in the
introduction.itexi
for this example that color has been added to the original.
Graham, can you please use this version of the patch for the tidy up and
not the one
that I sent previously in a private email?
