git-cl uploads the patch to Rietveld, where we get convenient side-by-side
diffs.
I'm using OSX, which has unix-style line endings.
I will try with this version of makelsr.py.
I've attached diffs without and with line 140 commented. I saw no
difference. So it's apparently not
strip-whitespace. I'll change the priority.
