Comment #2 on issue 1150 by x.scheuer: RehearsalMark at start of line should not be printed above the clef

The fact that I have *never* seen a RehearsalMark placed like that in existing score, maybe (also have a look on IMSLP)? Or the fact that it used to have a "shift" for RehearsalMark in LilyPond before would suggest that it should be the intended behaviour?
