I believe that Phil is looking at the old, unsupported, website. It hasn't been significantly updated in literally years, so I'm certain that it doesn't list windows 7. I doubt that anybody is going to change that -- I'm certainly not going to push any patches for that branch. The time would be much better spent getting the new website out.
If the new website fails to list windows 7 anywhere, then we should obviously fix that, but I think the only place we spell out exact names is on the windows download page, and that already includes windows 7. I don't think we need to take any more action for this report.
