I'm not completely sure about this issue.
AFAICS the problem is that the measure grouping sign for 3/8 is open in
2.11.9 and not a triangle.
As I didn't find the regression test (hints please?) I tried to compile the
example on NR 1.2.4. Beams (Conducting signs measure grouping signs) with
2.13.27 and got the attached result.
So I verified that the 3/8 grouping signs are triangles again.
If that's what the issue is about it can be marked as verified.
