the lilypond-learning was where the original report came from. Now, the
13JAN10... I have no idea how that came in, because 2.12.3 was officially
released on 20 dec 2009. given that 2.12.3 officially was out in 2009, I
think it's right that lilypond-learning says 2009.
If you agree (as I expect you will), please mark it verified. :)
As a general note: all "issues to verify" should be verified. If you do a
search for "issues to verify", the goal is to have nothing in the list.
