You might also want to check whether this bug was actually fixed in 2.13 or
just
hidden by accident. Even if it doesn't seem to show up in 2.13, it would be
worth tracking down its genesis in 2.12 and making sure that 2.13 includes
a fix for whatever the problem is.

Yes, many changes to the input hide the problem. It's somewhat finicky.
