There's no such thing as a "minor regression". The behaviour clearly
changed, and not obviously for the better, so we'll mark it as Critical.
If a programmer tells us that it's deliberate for reason XYZ, that's fine;
we can mark this issue invalid. But we definitely want a programmer to
notice and act on this issue.
