Mike has a new job in real life, so his time is limited in the near
future. He posted a nice example .ly file on lilypond-devel:

As far as I'm concerned, all that needs to be done is to convert the .ly
into .tely (i.e. use normal texinfo text instead of lilypond \markups, add
@lilypond[...] commands, etc) and dump it somewhere in Notation 2.x Wind
instruments.
