This should appear on two pages, with the first page automatically set to
two.
The regression appeared in 2.13.19 following commit
d3032e8908ee5b68d2ab58e6ff594e8e4fed5277 (issue #1053), though there was a
brief window when the regtest worked again following Joe's first patch for
issue #1062.
