New issue 1224 by [email protected]: Remove Lilypond's use
of %module-public-interface, which is deprecated in guile V2.0

Lilypond currently uses %module-public-interface in its interface to the
guile module system.
This will break if users wish to use Lilypond in conjunction with Guile
V2.0, as it is deprecated after Guile V1.8.7.
Guile developers have supplied a non-deprecated replacement procedure
module_export_all! for use by Lilypond.
This issue has been split out from the general Guile V2.0 issue 1055.
